   This makes me wonder-the melee screen was a plain rectangle until you unlocked all the secret characters. 4 in original, 11 in melee. Brawl: who knows?

    This has been proven fake numerous times. Notice how there are drawing of some characters instead of 3d models. Also, charizards wing is in the pokemon trainers select box, where as in the demo stations there is no wing.

    There using art from other games for the unconfirmed characters. And why would they decide not to use the character’s model in Smash for all the ones we know, but decide not to for every unlockable?

    All I am saying is that a lot of the fake arguments are based only on speculation. Maybe the gametrailers.com video is using a fake graphic but it looked pretty convincing and this pic is a screen from that video.

    Umm… if I’m right, there was a video which screened donkey kong and diddy kong’s intro. If that’s the case, why is it that the koopa soldiers stole donkey kong’s hoard and not K. Rool or his troops himself? Doesn’t that seem suss?

    I guess that could create some speculation, but the whole video was all about how all these epics games are being mashed up not to confirm or deny who is going to be in the game.

    It’s been proven that this is a fake. Just look at Jigglypuff’s ear. it’s on top of the name instead of underneath, WW Link is a drawing, Midna and Ganondorf’s images are from TP game art and the name bars should be black, not gray.

    Yeah while I wish this were real (I really want Midna in, among others), it’s not. Sorry folks.

    It’s now proven FAKE because of all the leaked info. The roster has 35 characters…all the confirmed ones and obvious ones + toon link, ROB, Wolf, and Falco.

    This is false.

    http://ranobe.com/up/src/up254065.jpg <- current character screen (probably one more Star Fox character to be revealed, judging by the alignment of the characters. A Star Fox character inserted after Dedede would push Lucario under PKMN Trainer for the Pokemon column, Koopa to the next row under Peach for the Mario column, etc.)

    The main thing I noticed was that Zelda is on her own in this screen, when obviously Shiek is in the Character select box with her. (See SSBB Dojo) The video posted, has MANY pictures from the main site and could have easily been created. Why not have game play of the other characters, or even having them at least selected….

    1. they are using different art styles for sum characters explains 2d… game and watch is actually sposed to be 2d too!
    2. dats not ridley, its a bounty hunter from ds or wii metroids
    3. they PROMISED OVER 50 CHARACTERS including 3 from poke, 2 from zelda, 2 from samus (not dark, she has a different fs)
    4. it is missing falco
    5.zelda is on her own at the top of the screen on dojo, sheik is on bottom

    wtf… how do you know they are black? in everything ive seen its grey

    oh, and shigsy was playing an unfinished version for the whole time and taking pics of that… you cant play a game while people are still making it…

    although… that sprite of marth is wrong.
